Myself and my team are based out of Victoria, BC! We regularly take bookings in my hometown of Campbell River, and travel across Vancouver Island and the rest of the world.
The clients we work with value our unique style of storytelling, and want something timeless-not just a basic highlight reel. Couples that work with us want something custom to them, not cookie-cutter! We're all about the raw, real, and beautifully unscripted moments—the teary-eyed dads, the long-overdue reunions, and that exhilarating “Oh my gosh, we just got married!” feeling.
While, yes, I will absolutely guide you when needed, I thrive on capturing the real you through natural movement and connection. Most of all, I want you to express your love in a way that feels right for you. When you look back on your photos and films, I want you to see you—your emotions, your story, your love, exactly as it was. So, if this speaks to you, we just might be the perfect fit.
Our clients want their story told, which means we don't want to miss a single moment! That's why I have a team of trusted Photographers and Videographers. When we are hired to capture both, we operate as a team of 3-5 people. The team size depends on the size and length of the wedding day. This way, we can ensure not a single moment is missed.
Wedding couples typically hire my team for 9 hours to ensure their full wedding story is captured. 60% of the time, we are asked to stay an additional hour which we love!
Because my clients love having a seamless, stress-free wedding plan, I connect with all of them again one month before the wedding day. We meet for coffee or over zoom to finalize the timeline details and ensure you have enough wiggle room to fully soak up your day. During this meeting is typically where clients add or shift their wedding day coverage. My goal is to be as flexible as possible for you!
My clients value speed of delivery because they want to share with friends and family right away, while the day is still fresh. This is a huge bonus of working together! As a wedding couple, you will receive a sneak peek gallery of 100 images within 48 hours.
And even better, instead of waiting 3-6 months for your final gallery, I guarantee your final wedding photo gallery in 4 weeks and wedding films, ceremony videos, and speech videos within just 6 weeks. You will receive a personalized gift in the mail with a USB stick that directs you to your online digital gallery.
Before the Wedding:
- We plan an Engagement Photoshoot so you can experience how easy it is to work together!
- We meet for coffee beforehand so you two can feel super comfortable with me!
During the Wedding:
My team follows a documentary style approach and capture images without being right in your face. But when it comes to the ‘must have’ portraits, I will provide prompts and movements to ensure you feel natural and like yourselves. The goal is to create ‘candid’ moments, not stiff poses.
- I’ll be giving verbal feedback and compliments so you know just how amazing you look in the photos
- I can show you images periodically so you feel confident in how you look
- If something doesn’t look great in photos, I’ll change it up immediately. There’s no need to put you in awkward stiff positions.
- We will focus on movement and connection, not static poses
The most important thing to note is you two are going to look fantastic. I get to know what’s most important to you on the wedding day which ensures you will love the moments captured.
First, I'll hop on a call to get to know you—not just how your wedding will look, but how you want it to feel. We’ll chat through your vision, review Pinterest boards, and we can meet over coffee if you'd like to build a timeline that ensures a seamless, stress-free day.
On your wedding day, you get to be fully present while I keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. From quiet, intimate moments to the wildest celebrations, I’ll capture everything candidly and intentionally, so when you look back at your memories, you remember them just as they happened.
